The Barnaul Cartridge Plant in Russia is one of the oldest Russian small arms manufacturing factories. Originally established in St. Petersburg in the 19th century it was relocated to Podolsk in 1918 during Russia’s Civil War. Barnaul offers a wide range of ammunition to suit the needs of many shooters which is all provided at a fair Price. This ammunition is steel cased making it non-reloadable, it is berdan primed and non-corrosive.
