9 x 18 Police Ultra

The 9×18 Ultra cartridge was introduced by Walther for the Walter PP Super for the West German Police. The 9×18 Ultra is often interpreted as an intermediate round between the 9×17 and 9×19 parabellum, fit for simpler blowback pistols, however the cartridge’s working pressure and velocity is much closer to those of .380 ACP than 9x19mm.
