The Remington reduced recoil Slugger is a 2-3/4″ length rifled slug weighing one ounce. Used by law enforcement it is slightly oversized for better performance in smooth barrel shotguns, forming a better seal against the barrel walls. The Slugger offers remarkably effective performance with effective energy out to 80 yards, meaning it will handle a majority of shotgun deer hunting ranges as well.
