Description

Lake City / Federal XM855 5.56mm NATO ammunition is loaded to Military specification at the Lake City facility. This particular load uses the SS109 bullet which is a 62 grain Full Metal Jacket Boat Tail SS109 Steel Penetrator affectionately known as “Green Tip”. This is probably the last of the Federal Green tip we will see for some time due to Remington taking over the Lake City Plant soon.
