Speer Gold Dot JHP's are a Law enforcement grade self defense round used by numerous law enforcement agencies around the country. The 124 grain is a little faster round than the 147 grain but still incredibly effective and more accurate than the 115 grain FMJ target loads. I've never encountered a problem with any Speer product and I use a number of Speer manufactured rounds in different calibers. This IS Top Grade Self Defense Ammunition!
